We serve leading manufacturers across the chemicals, FMCG, and process industries — delivering mixer and reactor systems, high-volume packaging and palletising lines, and warehouse and logistics automation solutions. With a client portfolio that includes global process players such as Linde, our scope covers everything from production line installation and modernisation to in-line conveying systems and warehouse automation.
Chemical manufacturing operates under a distinct set of constraints: hazardous material handling, strict environmental and safety regulations, continuous process flow requirements, and rigorous product traceability. BIOS manages mechanical design, stainless steel fabrication, electrical infrastructure, PLC programming, and ATEX-compliant installation under a single coordinated scope — meeting all of these requirements without the risk of gaps between contractors. From mixer systems and packaging lines to warehouse automation and end-of-line solutions, our project references demonstrate both our technical capability and our process safety discipline.

BIOS successfully completed the turnkey process piping, mechanical installation, electrical installation, testing and commissioning works for the LINDE H₂ plant located at Tayras’ site.
As a project requiring high precision in chemical process systems and industrial gas facilities, the scope included the safe unloading of machinery, equipment and process systems, their transportation to final installation positions using suitable handling equipment, and the completion of mechanical installation works. Process piping fabrication and installation works were completed, along with welding operations, connection checks and quality control procedures in line with project requirements.
On the electrical side, BIOS completed the installation of cable trays and cable support systems, power, control and signal cabling, panel connections, field equipment connections, grounding works and cable labeling. Following the installation phase, insulation and continuity tests, functional checks, connection verifications, and pre-commissioning inspections for mechanical, electrical and instrumentation systems were carried out.
All works were completed in accordance with project documentation, quality control procedures and occupational health and safety requirements, ensuring that the plant was delivered in a safe, sustainable and operation-ready condition.
This project demonstrates BIOS’ capability to manage process piping, mechanical installation, electrical installation, welded fabrication, testing and commissioning processes under a single turnkey coordination structure for chemical, industrial gas and process facilities.
