Electrical Panel Manufacturing and On-Site Installation
We build electrical panels that pass first time. Single control panel to full MCC room — engineered, manufactured, tested, installed.
A panel is the nervous system of a production line. Get it wrong on paper, it's wrong on the floor — and a panel that fails on site means downtime, safety risk, and rework no one budgeted for. We catch that in the workshop, before the panel ever leaves.
Single control panel or full MCC room, BIOS runs the whole job in-house: engineering, sourcing, assembly, wiring, testing. Built to your spec, your brand list, your site standards. Bench-tested and full-system-tested before it ships. Installed and commissioned on site by the same team — if you want it.
• Your spec, your brand list. No substitutions without sign-off.
• Everything in-house. Engineering, manufacturing, wiring, testing — one roof, one team.
• Fail in the workshop, not on site. Every panel bench- and system-tested before it ships.
• Built it. Bringing it up. On-site installation and commissioning by the team that built the panel.
• Full handover package. Schematics, test reports, BOM, spare parts list.
Electrical panels built to your technical specification and brand list — fully tested before they leave the workshop.
Control Panels
Control panels for batch and continuous production. PLC-, relay-, and contactor-based designs built to your schematics — including HMI and automation integration.
Automation Panels
Automation and drive panels with integrated PLC, HMI, servo drives, and frequency inverters. Turnkey programming included.
MCC Panels
Motor Control Centers that manage multiple motor loads from a central panel. Fixed or withdrawable designs, with metering, protection, and remote control.
MV and LV Distribution Panels
Medium- and low-voltage power distribution panels for factory substations and production areas. Copper busbars, protection devices, and metering integration — all to spec.
SCADA and Monitoring Panels
HMI, SCADA, and remote monitoring panels for real-time process visibility. Built to integrate cleanly with your existing plant systems.
Lighting and Machine Supply Panels
Machine supply panels, final distribution panels, and lighting panels for industrial facilities. Machine-side power distribution, protection, and control combined in a single panel. Turnkey lighting installation also available on request.
Industries We Supply Panels To
Every industry has its own panel requirements — IP class, environmental rating, certification standard. Our engineering team knows the differences and builds around them.
Automotive
Body welding lines, press shops, paint lines, assembly cells, and supplier plants. OEM and Tier-1.
Energy
Turbines, generators, transformers, switchgear, maintenance lines, and industrial control systems.
Home Appliances
Refrigerator, washing machine, oven, and air conditioner production lines; press, assembly, test stations, packaging, and end-of-line systems.
Defense Industry
Precision machining workshops, test and calibration facilities, restricted-access production lines, and assembly cells.
Chemicals
Reactors, mixers, filling and packaging lines, storage tanks, and process control infrastructure.
Food
Filling, packaging, and palletizing lines, sterilization units, confectionery and chocolate plants, and cold storage.
Metal & Mining
Rolling mill equipment, foundries, welding and cutting lines, heavy-tonnage presses, and end-of-line automation.
Paper & Packaging
Printing machinery, sheeting and cutting lines, palletizers, corrugated and flexible packaging plants.
Five stages on every project. Same engineering discipline, single-panel or full MCC room.
Specification Review
We review your technical specification, single-line diagrams, and brand list in detail. If anything is missing or ambiguous, our engineers flag it and request the information before manufacturing starts — not after.
Engineering and Design
Panel layout drawings, component selection, copper busbar sizing, and cable routing — all engineered in dedicated panel design software. The design is submitted for your sign-off before we order anything.
Manufacturing and Assembly
Every panel is built in our facility by panel technicians who do this every day. Component installation, busbar fabrication, wiring, cable end labeling, and harness routing all follow our documented manufacturing standard.
Testing and Quality Control
Every panel goes through a full pre-shipment test protocol: insulation resistance, continuity, functional testing, and where required, high-voltage and interlock verification. Every result is documented and ships with the panel.
Delivery, Installation, and Commissioning
Panels are packed, shipped, and — on request — installed, terminated, and commissioned on site by our own engineers. The team that built it is the team that brings it up.
Three different jobs. Control panel runs a process — PLC, relays, contactors, HMI. MCC (Motor Control Center) manages multiple motor loads from one central panel, metering and protection built in. Distribution panel splits incoming MV or LV power across the plant — busbars, protection, metering. Most factories need all three. We build all three.
IEC 61439 for distribution and MCC panels. EN 60204-1 for control and automation panels. CE marking across the board. UL and customer-specific standards on request. ISO 9001:2015 covers manufacturing end-to-end.
Every panel: visual inspection, insulation resistance, continuity, functional test, dielectric (high-voltage) test where required, interlock verification. Automation panels — PLC logic run against your sequence. Every result documented. No test, no shipment.
Yes. Schematics (PDF and native E-Plan on request), BOM, test reports, photos, recommended spare parts list. Operator and maintenance manuals in the requested language.
IP54/IP55 for standard indoor industrial. IP65/IP66 for harsh environments, dust-tight or washdown. Ex-rated for hazardous areas. Climate control via AC, heat exchangers, or filter fans — chosen for the installation. The right rating comes out of the spec review.
Single control panel, standard components: 3-4 weeks from approved drawings. MCC and distribution panels with copper busbars and custom protection: 6-10 weeks. Complex multi-panel orders run longer. The clock starts at design approval and long-lead component release — not at PO.
All of them, plus Mitsubishi, Phoenix Contact, Rittal, Eaton, and the rest. Your spec drives the brand list. No substitutions without your written sign-off.
Yes — and we recommend it. The engineers who built the panel know the wiring map cold. Scope: mechanical install, cable termination, primary and secondary injection, functional commissioning, operator handover. We work alongside your maintenance team and electrical contractor.
Yes. From individual component upgrades — PLC swap, drive replacement, contactor renewal — to complete rebuilds inside the existing enclosure. We assess on site, decide what stays and what goes, and deliver with the same testing protocol as a new build.
Automotive (OEM and Tier-1), home appliances, defense, food, chemicals, energy, metal and mining, paper and packaging. Deepest reference: automotive — Ford Otosan, Tofaş, Toyota, BMC. Robotic welding line panels to full MCC rooms.
