For Roketsan, one of Turkey's leading defense manufacturers, we designed and built a purpose-engineered fixture system enabling the safe transport of the Çakır missile in an inert gas environment. The scope covered a hermetically sealed aluminium housing and lid assembly, together with the welding fixtures required to produce them — all engineered from scratch by the BIOS team.
The solution was developed to fully isolate the missile from the external environment during transport, maintain inert gas integrity throughout, and preserve the structural integrity of the munition — meeting the exacting precision and durability requirements that defense-grade applications demand.
The project was delivered as a full turnkey engineering scope — covering mechanical design, weld fixture manufacturing, equipment assembly, and commissioning.
