Durak Fındık A.Ş. — operator of Europe's largest integrated hazelnut facility and a long-standing supplier to the industry's leading brands — chose BIOS for a turnkey scope covering industrial relocation, process installation, process-specific automation, factory lighting, electrical systems, and panel manufacturing.
During the reinstallation of the relocated processes in their new location, BIOS's sector experience enabled improvements to be applied at multiple points throughout the layout — eliminating time and cost losses that had existed between intermediate processes.
Fan Alarm and Accept/Reject Poka-Yoke automation systems were integrated into the processes — a first in the industry. These purpose-built solutions were met with recognition from Durak Fındık A.Ş.'s own customers.
