BIOS successfully completed the disassembly, packaging, international shipment, reinstallation and commissioning of the BSH FS90 Oven Line as part of its transfer from Türkiye to Egypt.
The project began with a detailed on-site assessment of the production line in Çerkezköy, Tekirdağ. Based on this assessment, the technical planning required for safe disassembly and preparation for reinstallation was completed. During the disassembly phase, mechanical and electrical connections were removed in a controlled manner, while line equipment, connection parts and sensitive components were labeled and documented for the next stages of the project.
After disassembly, the FS90 Oven Line equipment was packed in accordance with sea freight requirements and secured for international shipment. Once delivered from Türkiye to the new production site in the 10th of Ramadan area near Cairo, Egypt, BIOS completed unloading, internal handling, installation and alignment works on site.
Following installation, mechanical, electrical and automation checks were completed, and the line was commissioned and prepared for operation. This project demonstrates BIOS’ ability to manage production line transfer and reinstallation projects for the home appliances industry from end to end, covering disassembly, packaging, international shipment, installation and commissioning under a single coordinated process.
