We serve paper, board, and flexible packaging manufacturers with press machine installation, sizing and cutting lines, palletising systems, and end-of-line automation solutions. With a client portfolio that includes global packaging players such as Amcor, our scope covers production line installation and modernisation, in-line conveying systems, and palletising automation.
Paper and packaging production runs at high line speeds with diverse material types and continuous process flow — making it a sector where unplanned stoppages carry immediate cost. BIOS manages mechanical installation, press and cutting equipment integration, electrical infrastructure, and PLC programming under a single coordinated scope, keeping planned downtime windows to a minimum. From board and flexible packaging facilities to press machines, sizing lines and palletising systems, our project references demonstrate both our technical capability and our project management discipline.

BIOS successfully completed the turnkey disassembly, preparation and reinstallation works for a printing machine at Amcor’s factory site in Çiğli, İzmir.
The project began with a detailed on-site assessment of the machine and its surrounding systems. Based on this assessment, BIOS prepared the technical work plan required for safe disassembly and reinstallation. During the disassembly phase, mechanical and electrical connections were separated in a controlled manner; machine components, line connections and auxiliary systems were labeled, classified and protected for the next stage of the project.
The scope included the disassembly of hot oil lines, chiller lines, air-conditioning and solvent vapor ducts, vacuum waste conveying ducts, and the mechanical sections of the printing machine. All dismantled equipment, lines and components were prepared for reinstallation at the designated installation area.
During the installation phase, the mechanical sections of the machine were reassembled, and the required connection, alignment, fixing and mechanical checks were completed. All works were carried out in accordance with occupational health and safety rules, site procedures and technical requirements, and the project was completed with a turnkey site execution approach.
This project demonstrates BIOS’ capability in the paper and packaging industry to manage disassembly, reinstallation, site coordination and technical field execution for printing machines, auxiliary process lines and production equipment.
